Current Regulation
Guests are committed to take care of everything inside the apartment and to leave it tidy and in good conditions.
Check-ins are scheduled at 13.30, check-outs by 10.00.
The Management reserves to itself the right to give the keys before check-in time if the apartment is available.
Guest change is not allowed.
Guests admission is allowed from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. by paying the daily rate, after having communicated it to the reception. The Management will ask for a personal document.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Our rates are per night, excluding the tourist tax of € 1,00 per person (over 12) for the first 7 nights.
Our rates include: use of electricity, water, gas, reserved parking for one car, crockery and pans, cleaning set, final cleaning.
Our rates do not include: change of linen set for double bed 10.00 Euro, linen set for single bed 5,00 Euro, bath towels 10,00 per person, tourist tax 0.50 per person (over 12) for the first 7 nights.
Payments
To confirm the reservation of the apartment, the 30% of the total amount will be requested via bank transfer, while the final payment will be requested at the check-in.
Cancellation conditions: guests will have to communicate the cancellation of the reservation within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date; after this term, no amount of money will be returned.
